Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ABC English Online website or enrolling in any course. By accessing our site or booking a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

ABC English Online provides online English language tuition and educational resources. Contact: info@abcenglishonline.com

2. Courses & Enrolment

• Course places are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a written confirmation from us.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course if minimum enrolment numbers are not met, or due to circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified as early as possible and offered a full refund or alternative placement.
• Course materials provided are for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed.

3. Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full before the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment methods and amounts are as stated on the relevant course page at time of booking.
• All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Student cancellation 14+ days before start: full refund.
• Student cancellation 7–13 days before start: 50% refund.
• Student cancellation less than 7 days before start: no refund, but you may transfer to a future course.
• ABC English Online cancellation: full refund issued within 14 days.

5. Conduct & Participation

• Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers and fellow students.
• Disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour may result in removal from a course without refund.
• Recording of live sessions is not permitted without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, course materials, tools, and resources — is the intellectual property of ABC English Online unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our website and resources are provided “as is”. Whilst we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or suitability of content for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABC English Online shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
