The experience has been extremely valuable for reflecting on the role of educators in today’s digital world and for contributing to the growth and innovation of our institution’s educational offer. A special mention must be made of the outstanding quality of the course instructor, Kyle, whose thorough preparation, professionalism, and ability to engage participants greatly enriched the overall learning experience. His clear explanations, practical approach, and openness to dialogue fostered a highly stimulating and inclusive training environment.

What I found most valuable
The learning environment was inclusive, collaborative, and supported by clear scaffolding techniques. The program was carefully sequenced to build upon previous knowledge and included a variety of tasks, from discussion and debate to digital content creation and chatbot design.
